Through her desire to help others and aid them in their healing journey, Trish studied at Asheville’s Western North Carolina School of Massage and graduated in 2020. Soon after, she went on to study Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and discovered a strong passion within this modality.
Today, she works to bring the authentic experience of Thai Culture and the distinctive styles of massage she experienced to the mat or table and integrate it with Western style massage.
With her detailed understanding of anatomy and kinesiology, Trish will personalize and focus on your specific goals, from relaxation to pain relief. Techniques may include Neuromuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Elbow and Knee Power Thai Massage, Advanced Thai Stretching and Thai Herbal Compress Massage. Trish is also well versed in Prenatal Massage for those expecting and postpartum.
Outside of massage, Trish enjoys rock climbing and mountain biking.

Enhance your massage with herbal compresses. Handmade in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The compresses are steamed and used to press heat and the healing properties of the herbs into your aching muscles.
